Celebrating 5th Anniversary as Dr Ranjeeni!!!

Delighted to celebrate 5th Anniversary and share achievements since I graduated with a PhD in Accounting!!!
I believe in merit and hard work. I pursued a PhD driven by my curiosity, eagerness to learn and contribute to knowledge. I consider Academic and Research a Noble profession.

RESEARCH:
• Five research publications. Two are among Financial Times 50 journals.
• Research Publications in The Accounting Review, Journal of Business Ethics, Abacus, Australian Journal of Management and Pacific-Basin Finance Journal.
• Among widely read papers in The Accounting Review.
• Received widespread views of my published research ranging from over 500 to over 3000 accesses/views.
• Paper Acceptance, presentation and attendance at prestigious international conferences such as AAA Annual Meeting and HARC.
TEACHING:
• Taught postgraduate students at Masters level.
• Received excellent teaching evaluations and feedback from students.
• Motivated students and had very interactive class discussions.
ENGAGEMENT:
• Sharing research journey at SAFE, The University of the South Pacific (USP) in Fiji.
• Journal Reviewer, Conference Chair and Discussant.
• My research was covered by media such as Fiji Sun Newspaper, USP Alumni Research Spotlight, Monash IMPACT and Avondale Business School in Australia.
• Launched "Dr Kumari Ranjeeni's Research Talk", now streaming through Pra2Njeeni.
• I am the Founder and Owner of "Pra2Njeeni: Knowledge and The Power Within!".
My journey to attaining these achievements has been full of significant challenges. I thank God for his guidance and support. I pay respect to my parents, Mr Prakash Chandra and Ms Prakash Wati. I thank myself for taking the initiatives, hard work and continuing when everything was bleak. I know that my father who is now at a better place would have been very proud, and I am forever grateful to him for always empowering me. I also thank my Husband, Dr Dharmendra Naidu, for being very supportive.
